Our goal at Anytime Fitness Whangarei is to build meaningful relationships and help real people put in real work to get realistic results over a 12 week period.
People just like you.
Each week we will be addressing one of the 12 components of the challenge with the aim of providing you with the strongest start possible to living your very best life. This is a life that benefits from having a feel-good body, a strong mind, and an unstoppable spirit.
Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve your relationship with food, exercise, and yourself - or all of the above - our number one objective is to make you feel the most confident and successful you possibly can.
It's our job to support you and to show you that, for example, dieting doesn't have to make you miserable. We want to help you see that exercise doesn't have to be a chore and that you can fit fitness into your life and still get the results you truly crave.
We have spent decades working with clients both in groups and in person, learning from them all, and listening intently to the real everyday struggles they face.
We have helped 1000s of people feel stronger and more confident and we have helped them achieve their goals.



We know how to balance your training with your life, we know how to balance your nutrition with your goals and your emotions, we know how to balance your fitness priorities with the other important things in your life so that you can achieve more without sacrificing any of the things you love to do. Of course, to be able to implement this, we have had to create a system which is designed to support you in just this way - one that puts our relationship at the core of our work together.
